Senior Account Executive (Full-Time)
Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, you will be managing the following functions for the Company:
- Manage AP function
- Verifies payments (twice a week)
- Reconcile outlets petty cash disbursements
- Sales, AR reconciliation
- Cash/NETS/Paynow, delivery platform collection reconciliation on timely basis
- Follow up on any discrepancies internally/third party
- Sales reconciliation with POS (twice a week)
- Ad Hoc refunds (if any)
- Monthly/quarterly merchandise stock reconciliation
- Custom tax/GRN reconciliation
- Consolidate delivery sales statements
- Reporting
- Annual FS statutory reporting
- GST filing
- Month end schedules/management reporting
- Handle queries from external tax/auditors
- Consolidation experience would be favourable
Requirements
● Min holds diploma in accountancy, or with relevant years or experience
● Team player/leader
● Self motivated
● Meticulous
● Able to work under pressure
Service Crew
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations activities (hands-on) such as Cashiering, Kitchen duties, and Tea making
- Learn the art of pearl making
Requirements:
- No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
- Team player and self-motivated
- Excellent and positive service attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays and public holidays on 6 days per week, on rotating shifts
Boba Master (Full-time)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Learn the art of pearl making and master the SOP for all the different Boba flavours
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstation and pearl making equipment
- Prepare ingredients for Boba making
Requirements:
- No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
- Able to work 6 hours per day, 5 days a week
